Humanists play a crucial role in cybersecurity as they contribute knowledge about human behavior, change management and communication. Their skills are essential in the development of user-centered solutions that focus on human interaction with technology. Humanists also help create training programs and communicate complex security topics to a wide range of employees. Therefore, there is great potential in combining cybersecurity with humanities education.

In this workshop, you will get concrete tools and insights into how cybersecurity can be integrated into education. There will also be room for inspiration, new knowledge, examples and dialog about both business needs and the role of students in the cybersecurity industry.

The workshop is part of the project 'Tværfagligt netværk og vidensdeling om cybersikkerhed' (translated as 'Interdisciplinary network and knowledge sharing on cybersecurity'), which is supported by the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science. The aim is to strengthen the integration of cybersecurity competencies in future education.

We look forward to an exciting and inspiring workshop, where we together can add a relevant focus on cybersecurity to humanities education.
