Postdoc Antonia Clasina Södergren joins SHAPE

Antonia will be working on a project titled, "Still learning? AI in educational settings - exploring a must-have or nice-to-have learning future."

Antonia holds a Ph.D. in Design for Play, focusing on child-centered participatory design and interaction design processes. She has worked as a business consultant and taught BA/MA design students. Additionally, she has taught at a Danish youth school and has experience collaborating with business leaders and research institutions.

Antonia’s research interests include the implementation of socio-ethical and value-based principles in human-centered design, as well as playful and participatory methods that promote self-expression, knowledge development, and creative meaning-making.

In SHAPE, she will work on a project examining how to support teachers in implementing artificial intelligence in educational environments by combining human and artificial resources to foster enhanced digital citizenship.

She is also affiliated with the Center for Computational Thinking and Design and is part of the KILU group, which studies the implementation of AI and machine learning in Danish educational contexts.

Welcome, Antonia!
