PCD is an international event that takes place in a number of cities across the globe. The aim is to bring together artists, researchers, software developers, designers and IT students - and potentially anyone with an interest in art, design, code and technology - for a day focussing on inclusion and diversity in software development and digital culture.
In Aarhus, this year's theme is "INFRA", and presentations and workshops on the day will therefore focus on how technological infrastructures affect us humans.
The Processing Community Day is open to everyone and is free to attend. If you are a teacher, for example, you are welcome to tell your students about the event.
The event on 30 September will take place from 10:00-18:00 in Didakteket, Aarhus School of Architecture, and participants should remember to bring their laptops.
